Conveniently located within 18 miles of downtown Minneapolis, our clinics primarily serve the thriving western suburbs of Crystal, Maple Grove, Osseo, and Plymouth.

We are seeking passionate Internal Medicine Physicians to join our team! This clinic-based role also provides the unique opportunity to hold admitting privileges at North Memorial Medical Center, allowing you to maintain rewarding continuity between outpatient and inpatient care.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time schedule: 4.5 days per week

• Patient volume: ~18–23 per day

• Light call: ~1 week per month

• Occasional cross-coverage at other clinic locations
