OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS

Independent physician owned and led Emergency Medicine services group is recruiting BC/BE emergency medicine physicians. This group provides ED care to the greater Columbus area through the Mount Carmel Hospital System, opening 2 new sites in New Albany and Dublin. We are a physician-owned and led Emergency Medicine group with every single member of our group including our company president working clinically.

Schedule:

We focus on longevity and work life balance. Our providers work on average less than the typical group (~13 eight-hour shifts per month = Full time).  Our base schedule is a templated 7-week schedule that repeats seven times throughout the year with the Holiday schedule (3 weeks) being generated to provide equal holiday time off. This means you can generally predict your entire year’s schedule in January.

The templated 7-week schedule is as follows…

4 days on (Mon-Thurs), 3 days off (Fri-Sun)

4 days on (Mon-Thurs), 3 days off (Fri-Sun)

4 days on (Mon-Thurs), 1 week off

3 days on (Fri-Sun), 4 days off (Mon-Thurs)

3 days on (Fri-Sun), 4 days off (Mon-Thurs)

3 days on, 1 week off.

We also allow for seven on, seven off schedules.

The 7-7 template is as follows:

7 days on (Mon-Sun), 1 week off (Mon-Sun)

7 days on (Mon-Sun), 1 week off (Mon-Sun)

7 days on (Mon-Sun), 2 weeks off

We have a small group of dedicated nocturnists who almost exclusively use the 7-on, 7-off schedule. All providers working nights receive additional compensation in the form of a night differential.
