Salud Family Health is hiring a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to join our Community Health Clinic in Sterling, Colorado. This position requires no hospital work and offers an excellent work-life balance with a 4-day work week and generous compensation.

What We Offer:

• Annual Salary: $250,000–$284,800
• Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
• 4-Day Work Week: 32 scheduled patient hours per week

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited allopathic or osteopathic medical school
• Licensure: 
  • License to practice medicine in the State of Colorado (in good standing)
  • Board Certified in Family Medicine (required for all candidates, including J-1 visa holders)
• Experience: No prior experience required
• Skills & Preferences:
  • Sensitivity to low-income and ethnically diverse populations is essential
  • Spanish-speaking preferred
