Emergency Medicine Physician – $323K Base + Paid Housing in the Marshall Islands

Acuity International is seeking a Board-Certified Emergency Medicine Physician for a unique and rewarding opportunity to practice in Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands. This 12-month international contract supports a close-knit community of approximately 1,300 individuals—including military personnel, contractors, and local Marshallese—by delivering high-quality emergency medical care.

Position Highlights:

• Base Salary: $323,000
• Schedule: ~40 hrs/week + on-call (typically 1x/week)
• Contract Term: 12-month assignment with potential for extension
• Clearance: U.S. Department of Defense CNACI (approx. 4 months for processing)
