What Your Practice Will Look Like
You’ll practice in a collaborative community Emergency Department with dedicated APP coverage and access to critical care resources through UVA Health. The staffing model, 24/7 CCU support, and e-ICU connection to UVA provide additional resources for managing a diverse emergency patient population while maintaining the close-knit environment of a community hospital.

UVA Health Culpeper Medical Center is a 70-bed community hospital serving Culpeper and the surrounding region. The hospital is fully accredited by The Joint Commission and has earned recognition for patient safety and specialty care. The facility offers comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services with access to the broader resources of UVA Health.

Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated base pay range: $200/hour to $270/hour
- $100,000 equity ownership opportunity after 3 years (full-time)
- 10% practice-funded 401(k)
