Through patient and family centered care, MercyOne Genesis OB/GYN team provides team-based collaborative care and treatment, close to home. We have an excellent opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Obstetrics & Gynecology physician to join an established practice located in Bettendorf, IA.  

We offer 

• Full- time employed opportunity - Full spectrum OB/GYN - Busy practice with instant volume 

• Collaborative care model between employed group and Community Health Care (local FQHC with clinics in Iowa and Illinois) provides safety net care to the community 

• 1000+ Births/ year 

• Call split 1:5 

• Dedicated OR time, access to robot 

• OB Hospitalist support for emergencies and hospital consults 

• Level II NICU with onsite neonatologists 

• Ultrasound onsite

Recruitment Package 

• Competitive compensation with two-year income guarantee $400k plus productivity incentive

Qualifications 

• MD or DO 

• BE/BC in OB/GYN 

• Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in Iowa 

• Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the physician’s field of practice 

• Eligible to work in the United States (J-1 and H1-B candidates welcome to apply) 

Where you’ll work 

The MercyOne Genesis Bettendorf OB/GYN team is seeking an additional BE/BC OB/GYN physician to join our team of 5 Physicians, 4 APPs and experienced clinical/non-clinical staff. MercyOne Genesis Bettendorf OB/GYN provides exceptional obstetric and gynecological care to women at every stage of life. Our skilled health care team is committed to providing personalized care and support. The clinic is located in Bettendorf, Iowa. The hospital is located in Davenport, IA, less than 10 minutes from the clinic.

Comprised of 6 counties in Iowa and Illinois, the Quad Cities is the largest metropolitan area on the Mississippi River between Minneapolis and St. Louis. It is three hours west of Chicago and two and a half hours east of Des Moines, Iowa. The area has recently been ranked as a “best place to live” and is known for safe neighborhoods, short commute times and a reasonable cost of living.
