Adult Psychiatrist Physician – Outpatient Practice – St. Cloud, MN

Summary
Shape the future of mental health care at CentraCare by joining a collaborative outpatient psychiatry practice in St. Cloud, Minnesota. This role offers the opportunity to deliver compassionate, comprehensive psychiatric care within an integrated behavioral health model, supported by a strong multidisciplinary team and the flexibility to support multiple areas of care across the continuum.

Schedule

• Full-time | 1.0 FTE | Onsite – CentraCare Plaza, St. Cloud, MN
• Day shifts | 8am-5pm
  • Minimal call by phone rotation, support from telepsychiatry and moonlighters

Pay and Benefits

• Salary range: $300,000 - $333,000 per year
  • Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
  • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.

Qualifications
Required:

• BE/BC in Psychiatry
• Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure
