Position Highlights

• Full-time, employed OB/GYN at The Hospitals of Providence East Campus, El Paso, TX
• Large, established group: 19 OB/GYNs, 3 Uro-GYN specialists, and 3 APPs
• In-house OB coverage with a dedicated OB Hospitalist group for triage and ED backup
• No hospital ER call — OB Hospitalist group manages all OB ED patients
• Rotating weekday and weekend call for own clinical patients; OB Hospitalist group available for triage support if preferred
• Patient volume: approximately 10–15 deliveries per month initially; 30–35 outpatient patients per day on non-surgery days
• Opportunity to teach medical students and residents
• Providence East Campus: 218-bed hospital with an 18-bed Level III NICU, 10-bed Labor & Delivery Unit, and 3 C-section rooms
• Billing, coding, and collections managed entirely in-house
• J-1 and H-1B visas accepted

Candidate Requirements

• MD or DO degree required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain
• Spanish language proficiency preferred, but not required
