Job Duties

  • 24/7 nurse call center

  • Nurse coordinators for complex care

  • Centralized prescription refill team

• Integrated specialty access and Epic EMR

• New ambient voice dictation tool to streamline documentation and reduce clerical burden

What We Offer You:

• Competitive salary: $320K–$375K based on experience

• Up to $250K in recruitment incentives

• Residency/Fellowship stipend: Up to $45K (available 18 months before graduation)

• CME support: 15 days + $4,500 annually

• 401(k) with over $15K employer contribution

• Fully paid relocation

• Academic opportunities with medical students and residents

• Compensation – competitive salary ranges from $320k to $375k based on experience

• Up to $250k recruitment incentives

• Residency/Fellowship stipend – up to 45k; available up to 18 months prior to graduation

• Continuing medical education – 15 working days and $4,500 CME funds

• Fully paid relocation

• 401k – Geisinger annually contributes over $15k
