Join our well-respected team of 3 Neurologists at a physician-owned and managed group where your insights are valued and collegial support thrives. We offer a unique opportunity to design a practice that truly aligns with your personal and professional goals.

Your Practice, Your Way

You'll have the autonomy to determine your patient volumes, with our current physicians typically seeing 18-24 outpatient follow-up patients per day. Your flexible work schedule can be designed to meet your individual needs, ensuring a sustainable pace and true work/life balance. While primarily an outpatient practice, there's an option to incorporate inpatient care if desired.

Our manageable call schedule will be 1:4, further supporting your personal time. You'll have the option to incorporate your special interests and participate in outreach, allowing you to diversify your practice and impact a broader community.

You'll benefit from excellent on-site resources, including an on-site sleep clinic and convenient access to MRI, X-RAY, and CT services within the QMG complex. We also boast a new outpatient state-of-the-art surgery center, proudly owned and operated by Quincy Medical Group.

You'll be supported by a strong referral network and operate efficiently with Epic EHR.

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $350,000-$425,000 depending upon the applicant’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity bonus, sign-on, loan repayment assistance, and relocation bonus equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $400,000 - $950,000.
