Urology | $775K Base + Robotic Surgery | Central Kentucky

Practice Highlights

•   Desirable Practice Setting: Hospital-employed urology opportunity in a recognized Center of Excellence in Robotic Surgery, with two da Vinci surgical robots on site

•   Optimal Patient Volume: Established patient panel from a retiring urologist, roughly 20 patients per day in clinic

•   Ideal Work Environment: Join a collaborative urology team of two physicians and a tenured PA

•   Work-Life Balance: 4.5-day workweek with a half-day Friday, balanced clinic and surgical days.

Compensation & Benefits

•   Competitive Compensation: $775,000 guaranteed salary each contract year, plus wRVU productivity upside.

•   Sign-On Bonus: $50,000 bonus

•   Student Loan Repayment Assistance: Up to $100,000 over five years ($20,000 annually)

•   Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000, direct-billed

•   Professional Development: CME allowance of $4,500 per year plus 5 CME days

•   PTO + Sick Time: 45 days of combined PTO and sick days.

Qualifications

•   Degree: MD or DO

•   Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology

•   Licensure: Active Kentucky license or eligible to obtain one

•   Experience: Experienced urologists preferred; new graduates welcome to apply

•   Sponsorship: J-1 and H-1B visa candidates are welcome to apply
