MFM Position Highlights

• Join a well-established team of 6 MFMs
• Ambulatory Clinic including consultations and prenatal care, ATU Ultrasound & Inpatient Coverage
• Average only 6-7 Patients per Session
• Work-Life Balance:  4-Day Work Week Schedule Available!
• Deliveries Not Required – No Delivery Call!

Compensation & Benefits

• Relocation assistance: up to $10k
• Student loan repayment: no
• CME allowance: $2,000/year for 1.00 FTE
• Retirement/pension vehicles and contribution: 403(b)
• Vacation/PTO/CME policies: 27 PTO days/year (8 hr. day)/12 sick days/8 Holidays
• Malpractice coverage details: Employed physicians and all other employees have limits of $2,000,000 per claim subject to an annual aggregate of $6,000,000.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school and have or be eligible to obtain a Massachusetts Medical License
• Must be able to obtain an MA State license
• Applicants must be board certified or be an active candidate for board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Demonstrated commitment to obstetrics education, health equity, and quality improvement
• Fluency in Spanish, or languages other than English, is highly desirable but not required
