About the Role:
- Physician Autonomy - You decide your schedule and volume.
- Average of 14-18 patients per day with 4.5-day work week
- Limited Call
- Renovated multi-specialty clinic space with on-site lab, imaging (X-ray, MRI, CT), and APP ran walk-in care
- Strong support to reduce cleric burden and keep you practicing medicine: APP's, LVN’s, MA’s, RN nurse navigators, community health workers, social workers, experienced practice managers, and peer physicians
- Transition clinic helps Family Medicine focus on continuity and preventative care instead of just acute post discharge stabilization.
- Highly competitive compensation model that includes incentives for production, panel size, quality/value-based goal achievement, and additional compensation for oversight of Advanced Practice Providers. Guaranteed minimum compensation for the first two years
- Potential Stipend during training
