Practice OB/GYN two hours from Dallas/Fort Worth, in Wichita Falls, a city known for its outdoor life and home to the largest cycling event in the country. At United Regional you'll deliver in a program with a Level III nursery, MFM support available, and a schedule designed by you. Highlights:

• 1-in-9 staff call, with in-house OB ED and 24/7 hospitalist support and option to sign off to hospitalist after 5 pm
• Average of 20-25 patients per day with APP support
• 3 da Vinci Xi robots with strong GYN surgical volume
• 2,000 deliveries/year, all at one hospital
• New OB/GYN facility opening in early 2027, one block from the hospital
• Average of 15-minute commute in Wichita Falls

Compensation and Benefits:

• $475k first year guaranteed, sign-on bonus, and $10k relocation allowance
• Shift to productivity model after first year with potential for $600k+ a year
