Are you a forward-thinking OB/GYN physician ready to shape the future of maternity care? We are seeking a dynamic leader to head a collaborative team of certified nurse-midwives in a model that values partnership, respect, and innovation. This is your opportunity to combine hands-on clinical care with meaningful leadership—mentoring midwives, guiding best practices, and championing a patient-centered approach that empowers women and families.

 Position Highlights:

  • 50% inpatient / 50% outpatient
  • 2 laborist shifts/week + 1–1.5 days outpatient + 1 admin day
  • Supervise and collaborate with midwives
  • OB/GYN hospitalist call (1 weekend/month)
  • Teach OB/GYN residents -we are a major teaching affiliate of Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons 

 Qualifications:

  • Board-certified in OB/GYN
  • 4+ years of attending experience
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills
  • Experience with midwifery models a must
