Urgent Care Medical Director (MD/DO) - Carolina Pointe II

Description

UNC Health and UNCPN are currently seeking an Urgent Care Medical Director to oversee UNC Urgent Care at Carolina Pointe II, located in Chapel Hill, NC and UNC Urgent Care at Hillsborough located in Hillsborough, NC.

Qualifications: 

• Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine work experience required
• Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine or Med/Peds Residency Training and Board Certification required
• Leadership experience preferred
• Not open to new grads and not open to Internal Medicine Residency trained physicians

Opportunity Details:

• Review and approve provider PTO requests

• Attend quarterly financial meetings with the Director of Operations and Practice Manager 
• Quarterly review of practice metrics and templates 
• Perform annual provider reviews
• Confirm appropriate APP supervision in the practice

• Clinic Hours: Sunday – Saturday 8am – 8pm Position
