Summary

Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a part-time or full-time Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care Physician to join our Tacoma Medical Center team in Tacoma, Washington, and Capitol Hill Medical Center in Seattle, WA. This opportunity is 0.6 FTE outpatient care in Tacoma and an optional addition of 0.2-0.4 FTE Critical Care at our Capitol Hill Hospital in Seattle.

The ideal candidate(s) will have experience across a full range of outpatient pulmonary medicine, encompassing both traditional face-to-face and virtual care, with excellent clinical knowledge and procedural skills, including EBUS proficiency, a holistic and empathetic approach to providing high-value patient care, and a passion for continuous improvement.  This job has the option to add a critical care component at our Capitol Hill Hospital. 

 

Compensation and Benefits

 

  • Salary Range: Pulmonary Medicine (no call) salary range for this position is $323,338 to $380,398; Pulmonary Medicine Critical Care salary range for this position is $434,222 to $510,849 (salary will be prorated based on FTE, new hire salaries will be based on factors such as education, training and experience.)

New Hire Incentives:

Qualifications

  • Required: Medical Degree MD/DO
  • Required: BC/BE in Pulmonary Disease
  • Preferred: BC/BE in Critical Care Medicine
  • Ability to obtain: Unrestricted Federal DEA 
  • Ability to obtain: WA State Medical License
