We’re recruiting two urologists by 2026 to meet rising patient demand and succession needs (retirements in April 2025 and June 2026).

Your Practice (Designed for Growth)

• Breadth + Subspecialty runway: Core need is general urology; subspecialty interests welcome to build a unique niche.

• Clinic: 30–40 patients/day on average, with a balanced pace and high-quality care model.

• OR/ASC: 1–2 surgery days/week across hospital ORs and our Class A ASC

  • ASC: ~15 cases/half-day

  • OR day: 6–8 cases/full day

• Team model that protects your time: 7 urologists + 8 APPs (APPs handle first nighttime calls) with 1:8 call across three hospitals.

• Schedule: 2–3 clinic days/week for diversity and work-life harmony.
