Compensation & Benefits:

• High Earning Potential: Up to $432,000
• Competitive Base Salary: Base salary of approximately $261,000 - 339,622 per year!
• Generous Bonus Opportunity: Over $120,000 per year between signing, retention, and performance bonuses over and above base salary. Relocation assistance is also available.
• Comprehensive Benefits Package: Medical/dental/vision, CME time with allowance

Qualifications: 

• Certifications:  Board-certified or eligible in Pediatrics.
• Licensure: Licensed in Alaska, or willing to obtain Alaska licensure after offer
• Sponsorship: J1 and H1 visa sponsorship available for the right candidates.
