Position Overview

Zarminali Pediatrics is seeking compassionate and dedicated Pediatricians to join one of our inaugural teams in West Lakeview, Chicago, Illinois. You will play a vital role in promoting the health and well-being of children while building meaningful relationships with patients and their families in a supportive, team-based environment.

What You'll Do

As a Pediatrician at Zarminali, you will focus on:

Patient Care:

• Diagnose, treat, and manage pediatric conditions
• Develop personalized care plans
• Remain responsive to acute concerns and family needs

Growth, Development & Preventive Health:

• Monitor physical and emotional development
• Identify early intervention needs
• Provide education on preventive care and wellness

Patient & Family Education:

• Guide families from infancy through adolescence
• Foster healthy development
• Empower families with age-appropriate knowledge and support

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate and timely patient records
• Follow best practices for documentation and regulatory standards

Collaboration:

• Work closely with support staff, Advanced Practice Clinicians, and other providers
• Deliver integrated, team-based care

What You'll Need

• M.D. or D.O. from an accredited institution
• Current and unrestricted Illinois medical license
• Current and unrestricted Illinois DEA license
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Pediatrics
• 2–3 years of post-residency pediatric experience
• Ability to work in a non-hierarchical, team-based environment
• Strong sense of empathy toward patients, families, and caregivers
• BLS/ACLS certification
