We are seeking a board-certified/board-eligible physician to join our team in a unique dual-role opportunity, serving as Physician Lead for Outpatient Physiatry and Inpatient Pain Management.
This position offers the opportunity to blend clinical excellence with physician leadership, helping to advance patient-centered care across both inpatient and outpatient settings. The successful candidate will play an integral role in developing innovative care pathways, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and improving outcomes for patients with acute, chronic, and complex rehabilitation needs.

Our approach to determining compensation minimums is comprehensive, and any offer extended will take into account the ability to earn additional income through productivity incentive. The compensation minimum is an estimate based on the minimum performance expectation; however, it does not encompass all elements contributing to your total compensation package.
