• Schedule: Monday – Friday

• Outpatient and inpatient setting

• Shared equipment with our Vascular group, multiple stint labs/ procedure rooms, adequate exam rooms, onsite cardio rehab/ therapy clinic

• Sign on – negotiable (based on skill set / years of service), relocation (up to $10,000), student loan repayment (up to $25,000 / year with maximum of $100,000), $5,000 CME

• MD or DO
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Cardiovascular Disease
• Eligible for unrestricted Indiana medical licensure
• Strong clinical skills, with a commitment to patient-centered care
• Full-time schedule – Monday to Friday
• Shared call
• Average 15–20 patients/day
