Select Radiology Solutions (SRS), a division of Radiology Imaging Associates, is seeking board-certified/board-eligible Diagnostic Radiologists for remote teleradiology positions in preparation for a significant expansion across the Southeastern United States and beyond. This is an outstanding opportunity for radiologists seeking autonomy, flexibility, and income potential in a private practice setting.

Position Highlights:

• Customizable compensation packages with options tailored to your priorities (base salary, vacation, call schedule)
• Quarterly on-shift production bonuses: $36 to $41 per wRVU
• Partnership track available and encouraged, with:
  • Profit-sharing
  • Ownership shares
  • Lucrative partner distributions
• $5,000 annual tech/CME allowance
• 401(k) contributions after six months (W2 employees eligible for group cash balance plan)
• Internal moonlighting opportunities with equal pay for all radiologists
• Minimal call volume with 24/7 “Tele-Assist” reading room assistants handling non-clinical tasks

Flexible Scheduling Options:
Shifts typically run 8–9 hours and include:

• Early Bird: 5 AM – 1 PM
• Daytime: 7 AM – 4 PM / 8 AM – 5 PM / 9 AM - 6 PM
• Swing: 10 AM – 7 PM
• Evening: 3 PM – 11 PM
• Late: 7 PM – 11 PM
• Custom shift options available upon request
• 7-on/7-off daytime and evening schedules also offered working either 13 weekends or 26 weekends annually.

Clinical Expectations:

• Subspecialty reads directed via smart worklist system
• High-volume general radiology coverage in a mix of inpatient and emergency settings
• Collaborative support from other subspecialized radiologists

Technology & Infrastructure:

• Cloud-native PACS by Synthesis, eliminating VPN delays and supporting high efficiency
• Rad AI for automated impression generation
• 24/7 clinical extenders and IT staff to support radiologist productivity

Candidate Requirements:

• Residency-trained in Diagnostic Radiology
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
• Fellowship training preferred, but not required
• Must reside and read from within the United States (no international or preliminary reads)

Compensation Models:

• 1099 Contractor Option
  • Paid per wRVU (as high as $41+/wRVU depending on shift)
  • Additional earning opportunities through:
    • “Hop-On Hop-Off” moonlighting
    • “RVU Buckets”
• W2 Employment Option
  • Includes 401(k) and group cash balance plan
