Primary Care Physician Opportunity in Physician Owned and Operated Medical Group Near El Dorado Hills with Partnership Track

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

• Outpatient practice only at Sierra Primary Medicine Clinic
• 4 days a week, plus plenty of time off for vacation and CME
• Salary with productivity bonus and full benefits
  • Average productivity bonus for the group: 80-120K/year
  • Benefits around 100K with ability to utilize some funds for student loan reimbursement
• Sign-on bonus and relocation bonus
• Malpractice coverage
• Minimal telephone call coverage
• Manage a patient panel with an anticipated 18 patients per day
• Optional office-based procedures (not required)
• Utilize EPIC EMR system for patient documentation

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate from an accredited medical school
• Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• MD or DO
• Must be able to obtain a CA medical license
• 2 years practice experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Comfort with supervision and managing diverse patient populations
