• $270/hour - Day Pool Rate
• $290/hour - Night Pool Rate   
• $225/hour - Critical Access
• Signing bonus - $50,000 
• Relocation - up to $15,000
• Educational loan repayment - up to $100,000 over 5 years
• Annual CME funds -$5,000
