Are you a passionate Pain Management physician looking to make a difference in a collaborative, supportive environment? Deaconess Illinois Medical Center is seeking a Board-Certified Pain Medicine Physician to join our team. This is an incredible opportunity to help shape the future of pain management with a new service line while benefiting from exceptional support and resources.

Compensation & Benefits?

  • $550,000 guaranteed base salary (first year; J-1 applicants receive a 3-year guarantee)

  • $50,000 sign-on bonus for 5-year contract

  • $2,000/mo up to 24 months residency/fellowship stipend
  • Additional quality bonus up to 2.5% of productivity compensation

  • Call Coverage: Shared call coverage of 10 shifts/month (per contract), ensuring reasonable time off while remaining available to provide excellent patient care.
