About the Opportunity
Lititz Family Medicine, located in Lititz, Pennsylvania, is seeking a part-time, board certified or board eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our collegial and collaborative team.
- Rotational coverage at both Lititz and Kissel Hill office locations
- Current team includes 8 Physicians and 5 Advanced Practice Providers
- Integrated care team includes social work, nursing, and care management support
- Strong focus on whole-person care and resource navigation
Job Responsibilities
Qualified individuals must be able (with or without reasonable accommodation) to:
- Consult with patients to determine treatment plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Monitor lab results, medication adherence, and toxicities
- Prescribe/administer treatment, medications, therapy, and vaccinations
- Explain procedures, results, and care plans to patients
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
- Refer patients to medical specialists when appropriate
Minimum Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine Residency
