Family Medicine Float Pool Opportunities

Full-time position (.75 – 1.0 FTE)

• Provide patient care during the extended absence of Family Medicine clinic providers, such as:
  • Leave of Absence
  • Maternity Leave
  • Military Leave
  • Sabbatical
• Support site access needs after a Provider departure
• Deployed typically for 8-12+ week assignments
• 4-day work weeks (weekdays)

Must be BE/BC and able to obtain a MN License. 

Ability to travel between St. Cloud and surrounding locations to see patients at various CentraCare clinics.

Pay and Benefits

• Starting pay begins at $260,000 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience 
• Salary range: $260,000 - $290,000 per year 
• Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
