Position Overview:

Evolutionary Healthcare is seeking a BC/BE Osteopathic Neuromuscular Medicine Physician to provide hands-on care in skilled nursing settings. This is a high-compensation, low-volume role ideal for physicians seeking flexibility and autonomy.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform OMT and joint injections in SNFs

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

• Educate patients and families

• Document encounters in EMR (training provided)

Requirements:

• Skilled in manipulative therapy and injections

• BLS Certification

• EHR experience
