Mercy Medical Center – a U.S. News & World Report Best Regional Hospital – is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to join The Urology Specialists of Maryland, a respected and growing group known for clinical excellence across the Mid-Atlantic. This is a rare opportunity to step into a mature, well-established practice, replacing a retiring urologist and contributing to the continued growth of a high-performing program.

Opportunity Highlights:

• Join a collaborative team of 4 urologists and 3 PAs in a busy, high-volume practice

• 1:4 call schedule with robust PA support, including weekend coverage

• Care for patients across a wide network including Mercy’s downtown hospital and community sites in Glen Burnie, Lutherville, Overlea, and Reisterstown

• Focus on advancing care in areas such as:

  • Prostate, bladder, and kidney cancers

  • BPH and prostate disorders

  • Advanced kidney stone disease

  • Urinary incontinence

  • Minimally invasive and robotic-assisted surgery
