Emergency Medicine Physician Needed – $300/HR | Level IV Trauma Center | Williston, ND

CHI St. Alexius Health – Williston, ND is seeking a Board-Certified Emergency Medicine Physician (ABEM only) to join our team at a high-acuity Level IV Trauma Center. This is an independent contractor position offering top-tier compensation and schedule flexibility.

Position Details:

• $300/HR compensation

• 12-hour shifts | 24 hours of daily physician coverage

• Flexible scheduling: days/nights/weekends

• 1.5–2 patients/hour on average

• 12 hours of mid-level coverage during peak hours

• EMR: Meditech

Required Skills:

Must be confident and experienced in:

• Intubations

• Chest Tubes

• Central Lines

• Procedural Sedation

• Critical Care

• Airway Management

• OB/GYN & Deliveries

• Adult & Pediatric Resuscitation

Qualifications:

• ABEM Board Certified or Board Eligible only

• Active ACLS, ATLS, and PALS certifications

• Proficient in managing patients of all ages

• Strong decision-making, communication, and team collaboration skills
