Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive foot and ankle care, including trauma, reconstructive surgery, and sports-related injuries.
  • Collaborate with hospital leadership to establish protocols, expand service offerings, and drive department growth.
  • Serve as a mentor and educator for orthopedic residents and fellows, fostering a culture of learning and professional development.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure excellence in patient outcomes and experience.
  • Participate in research initiatives and quality improvement programs.
  • Participate in on-call coverage on a rotational basis.

Qualifications:

  • BC/BE in Orthopedic Surgery AND Fellowship Trained in Foot & Ankle Surgery.
  • Valid medical license in the state of FL, or ability to obtain a FL license.
  • Proficiency in performing a wide range of surgical procedures.
  • Willingness to educate and mentor junior staff.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate in a hospital-based setting.
