Flexible Part-Time Schedule | No Call | Travel Covered

inReach Health is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT) to provide part-time clinic and procedural coverage at a partner facility in Southern Iowa. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced ENT physician seeking a flexible schedule, autonomy, and a low-stress practice environment.

Position Overview:

• Part-time role: 2–8 days per month, scheduled based on your availability

• Mix of clinic visits and surgical procedures

• Outpatient-focused care; minimal inpatient responsibilities

• No call, no weekends, and no telemedicine

• All travel arranged and paid for by inReach – no relocation required

• Work as a 1099 independent contractor

Candidate Requirements:

• MD or DO; ENT-trained

• Minimum 3 years of post-training experience preferred

• Graduates from 2022 or earlier are welcome to apply

• Board Certification or Eligibility preferred

• No visa sponsorship available

• Open to candidates living outside Iowa – travel fully supported by inReach

Compensation & Contract Details:

• Competitive daily rate with potential production-based incentives

• One-year renewable contract (multi-year commitment preferred)

• No call or additional administrative duties

• 1099 contract employee with inReach.
