Opportunity Overview:
inReach Health is seeking Orthopedic Hospitalists to provide part-time inpatient coverage in the Florida Panhandle. This is an ideal opportunity for experienced surgeons looking to supplement their income while giving back to underserved, rural communities.

• Flexible Call Coverage: 5–14 days per month, depending on your availability

• Compensation: Daily Guarantee + Uncapped wRVU Production Bonus

• Travel Arranged & Paid: No relocation required

• 1099 Independent Contractor Model

• One-Year Contract with Option to Renew

Candidate Requirements:

• MD/DO – Board Certified/Board Eligible Preferred

• Minimum 2 years' experience in practice

• Graduates from 2022 or earlier accepted

• No visa sponsorship

• Must be willing to travel to the Florida Panhandle

Practice Highlights:

• Inpatient orthopedic care at a Critical Access Hospital

• No telemedicine

• 1–4 openings available

• Full support from specialty teams and inReach Health coordination

• No relocation required – all travel costs covered

• Ideal for candidates in FL, GA, AL, or LA
