Now Hiring: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician

Are you a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician looking for an established, physician-led practice where you can make a lasting impact?

We are actively recruiting for a compassionate, patient-centered provider to join a well-respected practice serving the North Houston and Conroe communities for over 28 years. With two thriving clinic locations and a loyal patient base, this is an excellent opportunity for both experienced physicians and new grads ready to begin their careers in one of Texas’ most desirable regions.

Practice Highlights:

  1. Outpatient Only | M–F, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
  2. Efficient, Team-Based Model | 1.5 MAs per physician + dedicated front desk/referral staff
  3. Reasonable Call Schedule | Phone only, one week every 8 weeks (avg. 2–4 calls/week)
  4. Flexible Appointment Slots | 15/30/45 minutes
  5. Patient Volume | Avg. 20–25 patients/day | ~30% Medicare
  6. EMR: Epic

Services Provided:

  1. General & Sports Physicals
  2. Acute Illness Visits
  3. Chronic Disease Management (Diabetes, Cholesterol, etc.)
  4. Well Woman Exams & Well Child Check-Ups

Compensation & Benefits:

  1. Health Insurance Stipend ($250/month)
  2. Dental + 401k with 4% Match
  3. Holiday Pay + 4 Weeks PTO
  4. CME Stipend
  5. Bilingual in Spanish preferred but nor required
  6. Open to New Grads or Experienced Physicians
