Electrophysiology Cardiologist – $716,837K Base + $150K Bonuses

MercyOne Waterloo Heart Clinic is recruiting a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Electrophysiologist to join a well-established, progressive cardiovascular team delivering advanced arrhythmia care. This is a high?quality EP opportunity with strong leadership, modern technology, and excellent compensation.
Position Highlights
- Guaranteed Base Salary: $716,837 for first 2 years
- Incentive: Production-based compensation
- Recruitment Incentive: $150,000
- Moving Allowance: $15,000
- Full benefits package including retirement, malpractice, CME, and paid time off
Established & Growing EP Program
Join a mature EP service line led by Dr. Victor Abrich, supported by experienced staff and strong APP coverage.
Clinical capabilities include:
- Electrophysiology studies
- Radiofrequency and cryoablation
- Pulsed-field ablation coming soon
- Conduction system pacing (including left bundle branch area pacing)
- Pacemaker, ICD, CRT, and leadless device implantation
- Loop recorders and remote rhythm monitoring
- Hybrid EP lab and advanced cardiac imaging
Patient Population / Case Mix
- Atrial fibrillation and atrial flutter
- SVT, PVCs, ventricular tachycardia
- Syncope and sick sinus syndrome
- Inherited arrhythmias (Long QT, WPW)
- Complex device and ablation cases
