Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican is seeking a full-time Rheumatologist to join our practice in Santa Cruz, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual rheumatology practice within a collegial, mission-driven, and multidisciplinary team.

• Independent, full-scope rheumatology practice within a multispecialty group
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of autoimmune and musculoskeletal conditions, including RA, lupus and osteoporosis

What We Offer

• Salary Range: $309,214.00 annually + productivity incentives
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $40k

• MD or DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Rheumatology (ABMS or AOA)
• Ability to practice autonomously as a solo rheumatologist
• California medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Passion for building programs and leading with clinical excellence
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills in a team-based, patient-focused environment
