Chesapeake Health Care is adding to our OBGYN department.  This is your chance to practice in Maryland's top vacation destination. 

We’re an FQHC that makes a huge difference for the residents in our area.  We cover three counties on Maryland’s Eastern Shore.  Our OB/GYN department has a team of more than 20 providers with 8 obstetricians performing deliveries along with 8 nurse midwives as support. Our staff includes a 2 maternal/fetal specialists plus a handful of GYNs.  We are the only group delivering in the area meaning you’ll have an incredibly diverse patient base.  Last year we brought 2,150 babies into the community.

With departments in Adult Medicine, Pediatrics, Women's Health, Behavioral Health, and Dentistry, we serve 60,000 patients every year.  Our staff of more than 600 works out of a dozen locations spread across the area.  Our service area includes the beaches of Maryland as well as Salisbury, the largest city on the shore.  This is designated as an underserved area, leading to terrific access to student loan repayment programs.
