Aizer Health, a dynamic and innovative Federally Qualified Health Center, is seeking a Board-Certified OBGYN Physician to join our expanding Women’s Health team in Monroe, NY. What You’ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive OB care, including prenatal, labor, delivery, and postpartum support

• Diagnose and treat gynecological conditions with an emphasis on evidence-based medicine

• Perform outpatient and inpatient surgical procedures as needed

• Support laboring patients at Good Samaritan Hospital on a rotating call schedule

• Supervise and collaborate with midwives, NPs, PAs, and nursing staff

• Maintain thorough documentation in our electronic medical record system

• Engage in interdisciplinary teamwork that puts patient outcomes first

Your Schedule:

• 3 Clinical Days Weekly – Office visits and/or surgery days

• 52 Annual 24-Hour On-Call Shifts – 1 per week, hospital-based

What We’re Looking For:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school

• Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology

• Current New York State Medical License and DEA certification

• Passion for providing inclusive, high-quality women’s healthcare

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Salary: Starting at $350,000 with $5,000 annual guaranteed increases

Originally founded in 1995 as Ezras Choilim Health Center, the organization was rebranded as Aizer Health in 2023 to better reflect its name’s Yiddish meaning: “to help.”
