About the Vision Team

Our Vision Services team blends technology, teamwork, and a patient-first approach to ensure every individual—from young children to seniors—receives personalized, high-quality care. From routine eye exams to complex disease management, we pride ourselves on being trusted partners in our patients' lifelong eye health.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive eye exams for pediatric and adult patients

• Manage and treat ocular diseases including glaucoma, cataracts, and diabetic eye complications

• Perform and interpret visual field tests, ophthalmic imaging, and other diagnostic procedures

• Fit and evaluate contact lenses

• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care across specialties

• Support seamless administrative functions including EMR documentation, insurance coding, and patient scheduling

• Maintain a sterile and organized clinical environment

• Uphold strict HIPAA standards to protect patient privacy

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing service improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Optometrist in the state of New York

• Comfortable providing care for both pediatric and adult populations

• Strong communication skills and a passion for patient-centered care

• Preferred: Experience with binocular workups for pediatric patients and electronic medical records

Compensation & Benefits:

• $90/hour, commensurate with experience

Originally founded in 1995 as Ezras Choilim Health Center, the organization was rebranded as Aizer Health in 2023 to better reflect its name’s Yiddish meaning: “to help.”
