We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internist to join our growing Adult Medicine Department in Monroe, NY. Our Adult Medicine department is at the heart of that mission—providing comprehensive, evidence-based primary care to adult patients across diverse backgrounds. You'll work alongside a highly engaged team of professionals committed to closing care gaps, improving outcomes, and changing the health of our community for the better.
Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to adult patients with acute and chronic conditions
Accurately diagnose, treat, and educate patients using current clinical guidelines
Order and interpret diagnostic testing and imaging
Collaborate closely with specialists and multidisciplinary team members for seamless care coordination
Identify care gaps and develop treatment plans to reduce preventable hospitalizations
Refer patients to appropriate specialty or tertiary services when needed
Maintain complete, timely documentation in the electronic health record system
Engage in initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and clinical performance
Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Alternating Fridays: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Alternating Sundays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Completion of an accredited residency program in Internal Medicine or Primary Care
Current or eligible New York State Medical License
Active or eligible DEA license
Passion for providing care in a community-based setting
$135/hour, based on experience
