We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internist to join our growing Adult Medicine Department in Monroe, NY. About the Adult Medicine Team

Our Adult Medicine department is at the heart of that mission—providing comprehensive, evidence-based primary care to adult patients across diverse backgrounds. You'll work alongside a highly engaged team of professionals committed to closing care gaps, improving outcomes, and changing the health of our community for the better.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to adult patients with acute and chronic conditions

• Accurately diagnose, treat, and educate patients using current clinical guidelines

• Order and interpret diagnostic testing and imaging

• Collaborate closely with specialists and multidisciplinary team members for seamless care coordination

• Identify care gaps and develop treatment plans to reduce preventable hospitalizations

• Refer patients to appropriate specialty or tertiary services when needed

• Maintain complete, timely documentation in the electronic health record system

• Engage in initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and clinical performance

Your Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Alternating Fridays: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Alternating Sundays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school

• Completion of an accredited residency program in Internal Medicine or Primary Care

• Current or eligible New York State Medical License

• Active or eligible DEA license

• Passion for providing care in a community-based setting

Compensation & Benefits

• $135/hour, based on experience
