We are now seeking a Board-Certified Gastroenterologist to become the founding GI specialist at our flagship center in Monroe, NY. This is a rare opportunity to build a program from the ground up within a thriving, mission-driven organization.

As our first GI specialist, you will:
Deliver expert evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for a wide range of gastrointestinal disorders
Perform procedures including EGDs, colonoscopies, and other therapeutic interventions
Collaborate closely with internal and external providers to deliver coordinated, team-based care
Educate patients about prevention, disease management, and treatment pathways
Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in our electronic health record system (EMR)
Help develop protocols, workflows, and operational frameworks for our expanding GI services
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives to enhance outcomes and satisfaction
Stay at the forefront of evidence-based care, incorporating best practices and innovation
Flexible full-time schedule with opportunity to shape your clinical hours and procedural days.
Minimum Requirements:
Board Certification in Gastroenterology
Active (or eligible) New York State medical license
At least 1 year of clinical experience post-training
Proficiency with EMR systems and clinical documentation
Collaborative, patient-first approach to care
Preferred:
Skilled in advanced endoscopic procedures
Experience in program development or operational leadership
Familiarity with value-based care and population health models
Interest in helping shape a high-performing, patient-focused GI service line
Starting at $425,000, depending on experience
