Geriatrician Opportunity in South Florida

Broward Health Physician Group is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Geriatrician to join our growing team in an ambulatory-only outpatient setting. This is a full-time, employed position offering a standard Monday - Friday schedule and the opportunity to focus on delivering high-quality outpatient care to a senior patient population. Join us in Fort Lauderdale, known as the “Venice of America”, offering a vibrant coastal lifestyle and endless waterways to explore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive geriatric care in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Collaborate with our current employed geriatrician to develop and enhance geriatric care models.
• Mentor and engage internal medicine residents with a passion for teaching and clinical education.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and care planning. 
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of patient care delivery.

Qualifications:

• BC or BE in Geriatric Medicine
• Licensed in Florida with DEA, or ability to obtain
• Prior experience working with residents or medical education is highly desirable
