Prevea Health is seeking Family Medicine physicians to join our growing outpatient practices across Green Bay, Sheboygan, and surrounding rural communities like Oconto Falls, Wisconsin.

Position Highlights

• Outpatient only (no inpatient required other than newborn rounding)

• Flexible schedule: Choose 4 long days or 5 shorter days (36 patient contact hours/week)

• Light call—phone-only call rotation (1:25)

• Full-time or Part-time

• Opportunities to tailor your practice (geriatrics, obesity medicine, etc.)

• MD or DO

• Illinois medical license or eligibility

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
