Job Summary

St. Christopher's Hospital for Children is seeking a Section Chief for our Pediatric Neurologist group.

 

Highlights:

  • Exciting leadership opportunity to grow our pediatric neurology team and service area. 
  • Our practice comprises of  4 physicians and 2 NP’s that work in a multidisciplinary outpatient setting
  • Full support staff to assist with patients.
  • Strong and proven commitment to excellence in delivery of care, research, education, and advocacy.
  • Along with participation in clinical, there will be educational, research and operational functioning within the Division, including the restarting of the Neurology Residency Program fall, 2025.
  • Physicians expected to share in day (inpatient) and night call coverage. 
  • Opportunity to participate in the growth and expansion of our dedicated Sleep Lab Center. 
  • Our Sleep Lab sees app 1300-1400 patients annually in a 10-bed unit located in the hospital.

Qualifications

MD or DO required; board certified/eligible in Pediatric Neurology with proven leadership experience, preferably 5 years+.  A valid PA Medical License or ability to obtain one is require.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills also required.
