TeamHealth is proud to collaborate with UF Health in staffing Spanish Plaines Hospital, a facility committed to delivering advanced patient care, medical education, and research in Central Florida. We are currently seeking PRN, part-time, and full-time emergency medicine (EM) physicians to join our growing team.

Hospital Details:

• Location: UF Health Spanish Plaines Hospital, The Villages, FL
• Annual Volume: 38,000 visits

Emergency Department:

• 32 treatment beds
• 10?12 hour shifts
• Advanced diagnostics: X-ray, CT, ultrasound, full lab services, and respiratory therapy
• EMR: EPIC
• APC support

Candidate Qualifications:

• Opportunities available: PRN, part-time, full-time
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM/AOBEM) or board-certified in family medicine (FM) or internal medicine (IM) with current emergency medicine experience
• Valid ACLS, ATLS, and PALS certifications
• Completion of an accredited residency program required
