The Department of Pediatrics at The Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine at UNLV is seeking a Developmental Behavioral Pediatrician to join our established team in Las Vegas, NV. This position will work closely with our collaborative team of physicians and with the Grant A Gift Autism Foundation, Nevada’s leading nonprofit clinic specializing in autism and other neurodevelopmental conditions.

With the rapid population growth and an underserved demographic, practicing medicine in Las Vegas will provide you with a chance to help shape programs that will make a lasting impact in the community. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing team within a multidisciplinary clinic that includes neuropsychology, neurology, child and adolescent psychiatry, speech and occupational therapy, and ABA services in a collaborative, mission-driven environment where every role contributes to transforming lives. Our culture is rooted in compassion, innovation, and teamwork, and we are committed to making a lasting impact in the lives of the children and families we serve.

By joining our team of dedicated faculty, you will be invited to participate in innovative research opportunities and scholarly activities and will contribute to the high-quality, innovative education and training of students and pediatric and psychiatry residents and fellows in a diverse clinical learning environment that will ultimately improve the health of the children in Southern Nevada.

You will enjoy stability and long-term employment in Las Vegas, a city that is diversifying its economy beyond hospitality and gaming with substantial growth in healthcare, technology, education, logistics and construction.  Nevada has no state income tax, which results in substantial savings, especially for high earners.

In addition to enjoying over 300 sunny days per year, Las Vegas appeals to those who enjoy warm weather and outdoor living.  Thanks to a focus on work/life balance, you will always have time to explore world class restaurants, shows, concerts and professional sports teams.

This opportunity includes:

  • Clinical education of students, residents and fellows
  • Guaranteed salary based on AAMC and rank commensurate with experience and relevant training
  • Opportunities to earn productivity incentives
  • Leading benefits include 48 days of PTO/Sick, 12 paid holidays, 19.25% matching retirement, tuition assistance for family, comprehensive health, dental and vision
  • Student loan forgiveness and visa sponsorship eligible
  • Commitment to UNLV’s core values by recruiting a diverse and inclusive staff
