Baylor Scott and White Health Medical Center – College Station is seeking a PRN, BC/BE General Surgeon to join our outstanding General Surgery care program in our 143-bed Level III Trauma Center in College Station, TX. We are seeking a General Surgeon with a passion for patient care to grow within our Department of Surgery, General Surgery practice. We are looking for a committed team player with a favorable work/ training history. The ideal candidate should be focused on quality, and be able to effectively collaborate with referring physicians, agencies and other professionals to provide optimum patient care within our award-winning integrated health care system.

Position Highlights

  • Join a team of experienced general surgeons.
  • Bread and butter general surgery.
  • At least three years of associated experience preferred, but will consider new graduates.
  • Build upon and support an established program of excellence for general surgery.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Doctorate Degree in Medicine
  • Licensed to Practice Medicine in the state of Texas by the Texas Medical Board
  • Where applicable, the employee must be board certified in their specialty or demonstrate certification by the American Board of Medical Specialties or the Bureau of Osteopathic Specialists.
