We have an incredible opportunity for two passionate and dedicated professionals to join our team as Medical Directors at Mountain View Hospital and Southern Hills Hospital and Medical Center in vibrant Las Vegas, NV. Lead a growing team of 10 providers across both campuses.

Where You'll Practice

• Mountain View Hospital
  • 24-bed, Level III NICU
  • Average daily census of 20
  • This is a 425-bed teaching hospital located in the heart of NW Las Vegas, one of the fastest-growing areas in the valley!
• Southern Hills Hospital and Medical Center
  • 15-bed, Level III NICU
  • Average daily census of 10
  • This is 265-bed hospital situated in Spring Valley, a charming suburb of Las Vegas.

Both hospitals are proud members of the Sunrise Health System, which includes Sunrise Children s Hospital with a Level III NICU and a team of affiliated Pediatrix neonatologists.

What You Can Expect

• You'll work 12-hour in-house shifts for a balanced work-life rhythm.
• Utilize high-frequency ventilation (jet and oscillators), total body cooling, and inhaled nitric oxide (iNO).
• Collaborate with pediatric subspecialists, including pediatric cardiology.
• Engage in teaching and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) opportunities.

Qualifications:

BC Neonatologist

Prior neonatology experience required

Prior leadership experience preferred
