Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Compensation: $330,000 base salary with potential for increases.

Qualifications:
- Degree: MD/DO in Rheumatology.
- Certifications: Board-certified or board-eligible in Rheumatology.
- Licensure: Eligible for Iowa medical licensure.
